Hi! It's nice to meet you!
I'm Laura Marsh
I am a Certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism Coach, Wife, Military Spouse, Mama of Two, Physician Assistant, and a U.S. Air Force Veteran. I love dogs, mountains, books, wildflowers, and the smell of fresh coffee.
After struggling with my own birth injury and a difficult return to a high level of fitness after my first baby, I decided I needed to find a way to combine my 9+ years experience as a Board Certified Physician Assistant, with my passion for helping women navigate this season of life. So, I hit the grindstone, became a Certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism Coach, and High Flight Fitness was born.
I deliver evidence based STRENGTH training through the lens of whole-person, functional WELLNESS. And I am on a mission to empower women to embrace their ATHLETICISM throughout MOTHERHOOD. I can’t wait to help you achieve your goals!
